I have to say that Mike Champness and Jason Bankston are a true credit to your organization. They were both very professional, helpful, and listened to me. There was never a "full court press" to make a sale, and answered all of my questions as truthfully as they could. I've bought several autos over the years, and These gentlemen seem to really understand how important customer service is to your overall success, and what it means to the buyer how much it means to feel valued. I will also say that Dwayne in the Service Dept was also very helpful, friendly, and professional. Again, a true asset to the team. That said, my one apprehension about your overall service department. I got the impression that not all employees valued the customer, and I felt that I was "bothering" the daily flow. I am the Vice President of my company's customer services. While I am critical of the service I receive and the people representing any establishment, I do believe credit should be given where it is due. That is why I believe the 3 employees mentioned above deserve my laudatory comments, I will be interested to see how things go on my next visit to your service dept. I hope my first impression is not accurate or recurring.

I have had really great service from David Williams at Jim Ellis GMC. He was really attentive and great to work with and I'd definitely recommend that my friends stop in and see him when purchasing a new care. However, Id like to make special mention of Jim Jim was our original sales person and he was gracious, witty, attentive to my needs and request and above all helpful. His first impression really set the tone for my overall experience. I love my new Lacrosse which has since been named Otis. Its been 12 years since I bought a new car and Im glad I bought this one from Jim Ellis.

This was the easiest sales process I've encountered. I brought my trade down for evaluation and had to get back to work. Everything was negotiated over the phone. When we reached agreement, I provided all the necessary information so the paperwork was ready to sign when I arrived. David was very helpful with this process saving me lots of valuable time. It was truly a no-hassle experience. I feel the price was fair and the staff were really great.
