I am now a Jim Ellis customer for life. My recent purchase was the most professional and pleasant I have ever had in my life. It started when I heard your ad on WSB Radio a month or so ago for some 2008 models at $10,000 off list price. I thought that couldn't be true so dropped by to look into it. I found a great new 2008 car and sales consultant Neil Kreiger and Sales Manager Jeff Waugh indeed met this offer. Unfortunately, this car wasn't the right size for my needs, so they worked hard on finding me another vehicle that worked better for me. I appreciated the non-pressure atmosphere that is not found at most dealers. I also appreciated the professionalism of Randy Stephenson and Michael in the business office who worked with Neil and Jeff to find me the right car. Three (3) words or rather 1 name, Vladimir! Vladimir! Vladimir! He is the best! Clone him. He takes care of me as a customer & he takes care of my car. Over the 3 years, I feel like I am at the right place at the right time getting my car serviced. He demonstates how customers expect & want to be treated. He is smart, knowledgeble, efficient, courteous, patient, and delivers the results through the service center with good communication. I drove my car on a 2 hr trip and could feel the difference in how it drove. There is a level of comfort & satisfaction having your car fixed, taken care of, and working properly. (Oil change, tire rotation, brake light replaced, keys fixed, & speed odometer fixed) Thank You Again, P.S. Recently at a gas pump, a mother & her daughter in a BMW asked how I liked my Mailbu. Jason did a great job of helping me find the exact truck I needed. As a matter of fact, he is the first truck salesperson I have ever worked with that understood what a truck needs to effectively pull a trailer. Other salespeople would simply say you need the towing package. Jason started out by stating we needed to make sure the truck had the correct rear end ratio for towing. He is the first salesperson I have worked with that even mentioned gear ratios. It is clear Jason knows his product and he did a great job of explaining my truck to me. He also followed up with me to make sure I was enjoying the truck and asking if I had any new questions. When I had a question several days after purchase about how something on the vehicle worked, Gerry was able to quickly answer my question. It is quite apparent that Gerry thoroughly knows his product!His approach to the sale was non-pushy, patient, and appropriate, and he was able to show us the pros and cons of each vehicle. We looked at other vehicles at various other dealerships, including at 2 other GMC places, and could have purchased a vehicle elsewhere. While Jim Ellis is closest to our house, we specifically came back to see Gerry because of his knowledge of the vehicles and his customer service.This is the 4th GMC product that we (including my in-laws) have owned. We have been very happy with their products of the past 25 years

"......Service approach is the best in town"
"We have purchased 7 vehicles at various Jim Ellis Dealerships over the past 12 years. The service level has always been above reproach. Even the Hyundai service department has treated us better than most of our friends are treated at BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac, and Lexus service departments. I have not bought an American car in years, but had to have the new Camaro. I was hopeful that the Jim Ellis service level would be used at the Chevy service department as opposed to the the standard Chevy service department. I experienced an even better service level by Bruce at Jim Ellis Chevrolet, which surprised me. I was late, but Bruce was courteous, friendly, and rushed my car through, even though I was late. It is obvious the Jim Ellis service model is company wide. I am sure Bruce and the Chevy Service team gives the same level of service that I would receive by the Porche, Audi, or even Hyundai service team. The Jim Ellis Service approach is definitely the best in town; and I am pleased I will experiencing such great service for several more years to come.I've bought cars from 4 different Jim Ellis dealerships.
