Just before Christmas, the keys to my son's Chevy Cobalt was stuck in the ignition with the engine running. I was out of town and neither my wife nor my son could get the keys out of the ignition. My wife took the car to your service department with no appt and received amazing service. Mr. Eastman took the car, issued a loaner and had the car fixed on the same day. This was the easiest sales process I've encountered. I brought my trade down for evaluation and had to get back to work. Everything was negotiated over the phone. When we reached agreement, I provided all the necessary information so the paperwork was ready to sign when I arrived. David was very helpful with this process saving me lots of valuable time.
