I was sold a lemon with all kinds of recalls I haven't had my caring my possessions one full moth out of 6. I am getting the run around about exchanging my car out. The car fax said one thing and they didn't make me aware of all the issues the Silverado had. This is bad business in every disappointing way. What started out as a memorable experience turn into a nightmare. Buyers be aware and do your homework by googling your vin number to make sure that you are not buying a lemon like myself. We are still waiting on another car. Every moth a different excuse at Jim Ellis on Peachtree Industrial.

Terrible dealership lures customer in by posting low price ($68724) and jumps up the out the door price ($85621) with all the ridiculous charges. Also they sold the car still under contract waiting for my financing??? They pull my credit report for what????

A special thanks to Reggie, Zach, and Ned for all their help in the purchase of our 2024 Camaro LT1 convertible in Nitro yellow finish. With Camaro convertible production ending we feel very fortunate to get this one built as requested and delivered just under the wire with no price mark-up. Had we waited or had there been any mistakes by the Jim Ellis staff this one would have never been produced. Reggie was the consummate knowledgeable and professional salesman, as always. Zach did a perfect job of ordering my Camaro just as I had spec'd it. Ned took the handoff on financing a portion of it and that process was quick and flawless and at a great rate. 2nd purchase from Reggie and Jim Ellis and they were both amazing.

Bait and Switch
My father talked online to a Salesman about a Lexus SUV. They told us it was available that day. He called on his way and of course the salesman did not pick up. When he got to the dealer they brought him in and some other salesman told him the car was already sold. He told them he just spoke with the salesman a couple hours ago online and he said it was available. Then they told him they were doing the paper work and that they "had other cars"...basically they used a good deal to try and lure people into their dealership under false pretenses and try to sell them other cars. Such a joke, The reason why they lose out to carmax....definitely one of the worst experiences as a purchaser I can say I have ever heard.

Great buying experience
Reggie Stagmaier at Jim Ellis and I go back almost 3 decades. I have bought Five Corvettes and Five cars from Jim Ellis and felt like I got a fair deal if not a great deal each time. The staff is always friendly and will do what ever to make you happy that includes the service dept. I think they are one of the fastest growing dealerships around because of their attitudes towards customers. Doug McSwain
