He went the extra mile. I live in the city and bringing my car in for service is not easy. The back windshield wiper blade was something he said I would have to come back for. I shared that it was inconvenient and asked if he could ship it to me. He was able to locate the replacement blade and replace it while I was there, saving a return trip. Really appreciated his efforts.

My random service advisor Loan was great. She is now “my” service advisor. I set up the appointment online. She made the appointment better - the vehicle was finished ahead of schedule, she offered transportation (That I did not use), and made a special effort to honor one of the Jim Ellis coupons. Excellent results delivered ahead of schedule. Expectations were surpassed.

Terrible from a customer experience standpoint. I requested a loaner before my appointment, didn't get one when I arrived. Was forced to get a rental and pay out-of-pocket. Then my service manager was fired or quit and no one told me. Then my car was not even looked at for six days after I dropped it off. Then they brought me the wrong car and sent me the wrong diagnostic video. And finally, they would not reimburse me directly at the dealership and told me I have to contact GM on my own.

We did a recall repair and they delayed the rental amd my family was paralyzed for days...twice...then when we picked up the car it still wasnt fixed and the engine died again...and then we were paralyzed again with a family of 7.....im very upset about that
