Jim Ellis Chevy did a great job of getting me an out the door price and trade appraisal over the phone which I appreciate. Elizabeth M did a good job with communication. Feedback: the sales manager told my salesperson that the price was good for that day only & which wasnt true. I almost bought at another dealership due to that crappy sales trick. Also, paperwork day took too long. Overall average rating. Elizabeth M did a great job.

I was sold a lemon with all kinds of recalls I haven't had my caring my possessions one full moth out of 6. I am getting the run around about exchanging my car out. The car fax said one thing and they didn't make me aware of all the issues the Silverado had. This is bad business in every disappointing way. The dealership itself does not give a warm and inviting feeling. There's no one at the front desk to greet people. The lobby is very small and cramped and doesn't feel as good as most dealerships I've been in.

Michael let us know from the beginning that we would have to wait a few days for the dealer's lone EV tech to get to our car, but he kept us updated the whole time, and communication was quick and easy. The repair itself took place quickly and the cost was less than we had expected. Working with Mike definitely lowered our stress level about getting our car back on the road.
