It was pretty basic service. First service on a new car, so it was free - which helps the experience. I was there about 1 hour and 15 min which was actually pretty good. Got some work done. Aiden was nice and professional.
I would change if you know someone is coming in to pick up their vehicle go ahead and have it already washed and ready so that we don't have to wait for that. Otherwise I have no complaints. The finance lady made the process smooth. Chris our sales person was friendly and had tones of personality. Thank you.

Technician was not able to find the problem that I am experiencing. My service manager told me to bring it back in if I'm still experience it. I have rescheduled another visit for the same issue but I hope they do not charge me for another diagnosis because I will not be paying for this. This has been wasted time but the Service manager was professional about it and that's why I'm giving it 4/5 stars.
I had an outstanding experience getting my 2021 Ford Bronco serviced at Jim Ellis Ford Sandy Springs! Pablo Alzate took exceptional care of me and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

My service rep was good. Technician forgot to put back on some of my tire gauge covers & did not top off my windshield wiper fluid.

There is a shortage of EV mechanics, so it took a few days to get my car looked at. But then they quickly diagnosed the problem & repaired it, charged the car full, even detailed it. I was impressed, esp. because they didn't charge me, since the car is under warranty & GM has no warranty code for this particular issue.

Had my ac go down. It took days to get a loaner vehicle since my truck was under warranty. All in all took a whole week to fix what ever they did. A few days later the problem came back. Same process. Days to get in and about 4 or 5 days to get diagnosis. This is ridiculous.
Worked with Ricky this past weekend while looking for a truck, and he was great to work with! We ended up looking at a GMC, but Ricky was still able to assist us throughout the process, which was really appreciated since we didn’t have to switch reps. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Ricky if you’re looking for a new vehicle!
