I brought our flat bed to get an oil. Change the job was prompt and almost did a good job. They did not put any water in the windshield wiper bowl and they did not put me a new sticker in my window so I'll know when to come back i had to ask them about the 2 problems.I had they fixed it right then that was great other than that, they did a great job.
Michael was awesome! He listened to my concerns and helped me figure out what was best to keep my vehicle running and safe. I greatly appreciate him and the mechanic staff! My only point of dissatisfaction is the cashier. I was not made aware of a surcharge for using my credit card. It added an additional $111 to my already $3900 bill. I understand that there was a line and it was the end of the day, but if I were informed prior to her running my card, I would have paid with debit or cash.
