Did not work with Adam Toms. Initial experience good. Follow up and communication could be better. Received vehicle missing things because no one bothered to look at it before shipping. Not good. Need to be upfront about the condition of the vehicle. Failed to mention defects. Unacceptable for the amount paid. Should have been right. Still don't have missing items.

I am a First Responder with a stringent work schedule that limits my face-to-face interaction. Still, Diamond effectively negotiated a great purchase price over the phone, resulting in a satisfying purchase. There weren't any unwanted or last-minute changes. She has been absolutely professional and courteous through the entire process. She even answered my texts and calls on a few of her days off, and she promptly addressed all my concerns and requests when she returned to work.
