What I was told was that my torque tube was damaged and
What I was told was that my torque tube was damaged and when I mentioned that I just replaced it, I was told that they need to lower it to see how damaged it is. I'm fully aware of how much this job costs aswell so I had to decline because the warranty company decided to not cover it because they are under a class action lawsuit that I was unaware of. The real reason I scored the survey so low is because when I got my car back, a lot of the panels weren't even put back correctly finding screws that aren't even screwed in all the way, as if the tech was upset because I didn't accept the repair. I'm also missing a screw for my speaker panel in the truck that serves as a hook point. As a former tech from Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead, you're supposed to return vehicles as if you were never there, doesn't matter if the customer declines a job or is just there for warranty work. If you guys offer payment plans so that I can cover the cost of the repairs I'll gladly bring my vehicle back. And leave you guys a better survey in the future if that's an option

The car fax said one thing and they didn't make me aware of all the issues the Silverado had. This is bad business in every disappointing way. What started out as a memorable experience turn into a nightmare. Buyers be aware and do your homework by googling your vin number to make sure that you are not buying a lemon like myself. We are still waiting on another car. Every moth a different excuse at Jim Ellis on Peachtree Industrial.

My father talked online to a Salesman about a Lexus SUV. They told us it was available that day. He called on his way and of course the salesman did not pick up. When he got to the dealer they brought him in and some other salesman told him the car was already sold. He told them he just spoke with the salesman a couple hours ago online and he said it was available. Then they told him they were doing the paper work and that they "had other cars"...basically they used a good deal to try and lure people into their dealership under false pretenses and try to sell them other cars. Such a joke, The reason why they lose out to carmax....definitely one of the worst experiences as a purchaser I can say I have ever heard.
