I was sold a lemon with all kinds of recalls I haven't had my caring my possessions one full moth out of 6. I am getting the run around about exchanging my car out. The car fax said one thing and they didn't make me aware of all the issues the Silverado had. This is bad business in every disappointing way. What started out as a memorable experience turn into a nightmare. Buyers be aware and do your homework by googling your vin number to make sure that you are not buying a lemon like myself. We are still waiting on another car. Every moth a different excuse at Jim Ellis on Peachtree Industrial.

Clarence was already in step to connect with me, before the receptionist and I were even done talking! We had a smooth test drive, I explained what I was looking for and why, we crunched numbers, and the woman from Finance was super professional and expedient!
