It was truly a wonderful experience beginning to end! The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and energy. Clarence was already in step to connect with me, before the receptionist and I were even done talking! We had a smooth test drive, I explained what I was looking for and why, we crunched numbers, and the woman from Finance was super professional and expedient! Clarence was such a top tier guy, he felt like family! I also was able to meet the men in the service area and can’t wait for my first appointment! I referred this location to a few people because they are the kind of people who deserves our business!

Please update your service area waiting room. The waiting area needs more than one toilet in the men’s restroom. Jim Ellis employees use the customer single stall and camp out. I love my service guy Vladamir Kochubey. He is the reason I have had three Jim Ellis trucks. Do not let him go!

I was sold a lemon with all kinds of recalls I haven't had my caring my possessions one full moth out of 6. I am getting the run around about exchanging my car out. The car fax said one thing and they didn't make me aware of all the issues the Silverado had. This is bad business in every disappointing way. What started out as a memorable experience turn into a nightmare. Buyers be aware and do your homework by googling your vin number to make sure that you are not buying a lemon like myself. We are still waiting on another car. Every moth a different excuse at Jim Ellis on Peachtree Industrial.
