Good Stuff: The dealership is nice enough. Parking is tough since it's such a small lot. The place is clean and presentable. Evan is a good kid. Very polite and helpful. Bad Stuff: It seems the manager (whoever it is, I never got to meet him/her) is pretty good at hiding and saying no. Evan was able to get the bad TPM sensor on the "we owe you" list. But, I have yet to receive it or get a call to schedule the replacement. I couldn't get them to include the charger with the car (seems kind of pointless to have a PHEV without a charger...) but I was able to buy one on Amazon for $120. All-in-all, not a stellar experience. I didn't haggle on the price at all, so not sure why the lack of post sale communication. I'd figure a customer who just comes in, pays your asking price and leaves would be your ideal used car customer??? But, it is what I have come to expect from dealerships lately.

I was sold a lemon with all kinds of recalls I haven't had my caring my possessions one full moth out of 6. I am getting the run around about exchanging my car out. The car fax said one thing and they didn't make me aware of all the issues the Silverado had. This is bad business in every disappointing way. What started out as a memorable experience turn into a nightmare. Buyers be aware and do your homework by googling your vin number to make sure that you are not buying a lemon like myself. We are still waiting on another car. Every moth a different excuse at Jim Ellis on Peachtree Industrial.

Sales person kept walking away at one point; some questions about the car were unable to be answered. I still decided to negotiate and purchase the car. When it came time to purchase, the finance person seemed to have an attitude and unwilling to answer questions and when a mistake in the paperwork was pointed out, she was displeased. The car was purchased in full to be registered out of state, but wrong paperwork given and now having hard time getting a hold of anyone to get situation corrected as title should have been given to me right then and there (as confirmed per my state’s DMV), but was not. Should have been an easy, smooth and enjoyable process, but turned out to be the opposite and I’m very disappointed.

There's no front license plate and nobody in that dealership will give me a call back. You are getting a horrible review in every social media that I can find.
